CloudCare v4.5.0 Release Dec 19, 09:00-10:00 EST
Avast Business CloudCare 4.5.0 has been scheduled for release on December 19, 2018 at 14:00 UTC. This release introduces a new Antivirus client, new Cloud Backup client, an addition to the new restart feature, and several bug fixes. There will be approximately 5 minutes of downtime during this maintenance window. Services affected during this downtime include:
• shopping cart
• ability to add new customers
All other services will remain operational. More information is available in the Avast CloudCare Community.

*Please note: a restart of the workstations will be required after installing this update.

Scheduled - Unfortunately, the ESS security team has identified a small security vulnerability which requires an immediate hot-fix/maintenance window.

ESS engineers will be conducting this maintenance on Friday, Dec 14, 2018, between the hours of 0100 and 0500 EDT (UTC -4).

During this small maintenance window, the ESS user interface maybe inaccessible and users may experience periods of delivery latency. All operations around the platform will resume immediately after the maintenance window.
